I function as a guide, or friend on the path, encouraging you in the direction of your inner wisdom, and helping you uncover your gold, which is often hidden in the shadow-self.
We’ll identify your allies and tools of transformation, helping you become more resourced, which will serve you when life gets hard. Through our work together you'll learn to access and trust your true self, and gain insight into your path and purpose.

Preparation & Navigation Prepare the body and mind to get the most out of your psychedelic journey. Learn what to expect, and go into your journey as prepared as possible. Optimize your experience with support in setting intentions, and with tools for navigating the medicine space.

Integration By far the most important part of psychedelic work. Learn to interpret and understand what happens in altered spaces, including making sense of the messages and insights, from your journey. Coaching can support you in navigating the shadow work associated with integrating recent expansions, as well as giving you perspective on your process, and supporting full integration.

Medicine Path Working with entheogenic medicines often leads to a desire to deepen into our connection with the natural world. Discover how to cultivate relationships, and form bonds, with our spirit, plant and animal relations. Learn the power and importance of sacred reciprocity, and how to weave it into your path. If you’re exploring things like hapéh, plant communication, flower essences, carrrying medicine songs, dieta or other allies, coaching can support you in this work.

Spiritual Awakening is often incredibly disruptive, and leaves us questioning everything we thought we knew. Undergoing a big paradigm shift can leave us unable to relate to our old selves, while not yet in touch with our new selves. It's completely normal to feel alone and overwhelmed during a big shift in consciousness. A spiritual awakening is incredibly fertile soil for transformation and healing if we know how to navigate it. Coaching can support you during this massive shift.

Shadow work can be deeply painful and challenging. It's also absolutely integral to creating true, lasting, transformation. Coaching offers a safe space, and trained guidance, in shining a light into the darkest parts of the self. More often than not, when we understand and integrate what's hidden in the shadow, and illuminate the source of our pain and self-destructive patterns, we uncover our gold. Trauma Healing & Soul Emergence- Transforming trauma into a life of meaning, joy, connection and purpose, is within your reach. Having a trained guide to support you on this journey is an invaluable recovery tool. Coaching will enable you to feel supported, as you learn to recognize trauma stored in the nervous system, and how it communicates through your various parts, asking to be integrated. This work will teach you to witness and regulate your nervous system and illuminate and integrate your trauma effected parts, allowing your true self to emerge.

Each coaching session is one hour.
